This property
in the foothills of the Majella National Park is perfectly situated between the
beaches of Francavilla al Mare/Ortona and the ski resorts of Passo Lanciano and
Mamma Rossa. With schools, shops and public transport available to the towns of
Guardiagrele and Chieti, Rapino is a lovely town to call home and within easy
access to the major cities of Abruzzo.
The property

The house

warmth during the winter months or can be used as an option to having the

The Majella

utility room with Bosch washer and dryer and 5-piece bathroom, washbasin,
bidet, toilet, bath and shower. From this floor access to the attic, an area
still available for development. There is a ‘Juliette’ balcony opening through
French windows from the generous sized master bedroom with room to sit. In the
master bedroom is a large built-in wardrobe with varied layout within each
section.
The apartment
has a private entrance from the driveway and as you enter there is a large main
room used as a dining, sitting room and kitchen. The spacious bedroom has an
ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin and bidet/shower plus
additional washer. The entire apartment has tiled flooring with special
underfloor design to offer air circulation.
Other areas
on the land are the cantina at the front below the living room, ideal for
storage and sports equipment and then at the far end of the garden is the
garage, access from the shared back lane. The garage has recently had a completely
new roof. The entire garden is fenced with gates at both front and rear.
